At Pure Fishing®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
